  • Key Concepts: 
    Default locale is a setting in SAP SuccessFactors that determines the language and country settings for the system. It is used to determine the language and country settings for the user interface, as well as the language and country settings for data entry. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To set the default locale, go to the System Admin tab in SAP SuccessFactors. Select “System Configuration” and then “Default Locale”. From there, you can select the language and country settings that you want to use for your system. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    It is important to note that the default locale setting will only affect new users that are added to the system. Existing users will not be affected by changes to the default locale setting.
