  Unfollow is a feature in SAP JAM that allows users to stop receiving notifications from a particular user or group. It is a way to manage the notifications that users receive in their SAP JAM feed. 
  
  How to use it: 
  To unfollow a user or group, go to the profile page of the user or group you want to unfollow. On the right side of the page, click on the “Unfollow” button. This will stop you from receiving notifications from that user or group. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  If you want to keep up with certain users or groups but don’t want to be overwhelmed with notifications, you can use the “Mute” feature instead of unfollowing them. This will stop you from receiving notifications but still allow you to view their posts in your feed.
