• Description: A follow-up activity that the system performs if an employee's job information is changed. You can define for which event reasons a position reclassification is performed. If only one employee is assigned to the position, the system updates the position according to the rule defined. If the position is a mass postion, the system never updates the position. Instead, the system by default first searches for a matching position with status "To Be Hired". The systen only creates a new position and assigns the employee to it if it cannot find a suitable existing position.
