This feature also allows an employee to take multiple absences of the same type, such as two weeks of vacation or three days of sick leave. 
  
  How to Use It: 
  To use the Concurrent Absence feature in SAP’s Employee Central module, an employee must first log into their account. Once logged in, they can select the “Absences” tab and then select “Concurrent Absence” from the drop-down menu. From there, they can select the type of absence they would like to take and enter the start and end dates for each absence. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  When using the Concurrent Absence feature in SAP’s Employee Central module, it is important to remember that each absence must be approved by a manager before it can be taken. Additionally, it is important to note that some types of absences may not be eligible for concurrent absences. For example, maternity leave may not be eligible for concurrent absences with other types of absences.
