    To use chat, users must first log into the SAP Service OnDemand component. Once logged in, they can access the chat feature by clicking on the “Chat” icon in the top right corner of the screen. From there, they can create a new chat room or join an existing one. They can also invite other users to join their chat room. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When using chat, it is important to remember that all conversations are visible to everyone in the chat room. Therefore, it is important to be mindful of what is being said and shared in the chat room. Additionally, it is important to remember that all messages sent in a chat room are stored and can be accessed by other users.
