  • Description: The terms of payment negotiated with a vendor, such as surcharges or discounts. Conditions determine how the system calculates the net or effective price. A grouping term that is used to separately control the condition types for document processing and for generating various data screens. For condition ID A surcharges/discounts, for example, the system identifies the entry "3 EUR per 1 piece" as a surcharge on a previously determined value. For condition ID B prices, this entry is interpreted as a price.
