  • Description: Recycling Administration Specification of the packaging components of a recycling partner that have to be settled for example, plastic or paper. Prices can be assigned to partner fractions, which the system then uses to calculate the weight-dependent fee. The counterpart of the partner fraction in REA is the internal fraction. If the licensee wants to settle partner fractions with the recycling partner, partner fractions must be assigned to one or more internal fractions.
