Possible values for the calculation are body weight kilogram, gram or the body surface area square meters. &EXAMPLE& A patient should be administered five mg of an ingredient per kg of his body weight. The system will calculate the required quantity of the ingredient using the patient's body weight. If the patient weighs 80kg he will be administered a correpsonding quantity of the drug so that he receives 400 mg of the required ingredient.
