  • Key Concepts: 
    Activity groups are used in ICM Incentive and Commission Management to group activities together for easier management. Activity groups are used to define the activities that are associated with a particular incentive or commission plan. They can also be used to define the rules and conditions that must be met in order to qualify for a particular incentive or commission. 
    
    How to use it: 
    Activity groups can be created in ICM Incentive and Commission Management by selecting the “Create Activity Group” option from the main menu. Once an activity group is created, activities can be added to it by selecting the “Add Activity” option from the main menu. The activities that are added to an activity group will be used to determine which incentives or commissions are applicable for a particular plan. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When creating an activity group, it is important to ensure that all of the activities that are associated with a particular incentive or commission plan are included in the activity group. This will ensure that all of the necessary conditions and rules are met in order for a particular incentive or commission to be applied.
