  • Key Concepts:
Suspended data is a feature of the FS-PM Policy Management component of SAP. It allows users to temporarily suspend a policy or set of policies from being applied to a particular transaction. This can be useful when a policy needs to be updated or changed, but the user does not want to immediately apply the changes.

    How to use it:
To use suspended data, the user must first select the policy or policies they wish to suspend. Then, they must select the transaction or transactions that should not be affected by the policy. Finally, they must click the “suspend” button to suspend the policy from being applied to the selected transaction.

    Tips & Tricks:
When suspending a policy, it is important to remember that any changes made to the policy will not take effect until it is unsuspended. Therefore, it is important to make sure that all changes have been made before unsuspending the policy.
