  • Description: The role assumed by an account that participates in interest distribution within a combined settlement. The participant role is defined when the account is added to the master contract. An account can either be both provider and receiver or receiver only: As provider and receiver, the balances, counters, limits, and settlement results of the participating account affect the combined settlement result and it can receive a defined percentage share of the result. In the role of provider and receiver, an account can only participte in one master contract. As receiver only, the participating account is not involved in the combined settlement, but can still receive a defined percentage share of the result. If the role is receiver only, an account can participate in any number of other master contracts as receiver. Note: The participant role is only available for the distribution category 5 - Post Interest to Participants in Accordance with the BAdI: Interest Distribution Among Parti
