What is notice on amount in SAP FS-AM - Account Management?

  • Component Name: Account Management

  • Description: A business object of the FS AM system that depicts notice being given by a bank customer on deposits that are subject to notice. At the end of the notice period, the customer can withdraw the amount for which notice has been given, without having to pay an early withdrawal penalty. The notice on amount function can have the following characteristic values: Notice on partial amount Notice on a partial amount only comprises part of the deposits that are subject to notice. Notice on remaining amount Notice on the remaining amount is generated by an account closure and comprises the difference between the account balance and the amounts for which notice has not been given.
