• Description: A directory for managing all archived business transactions of a participant biller or customer. The archive index contains all indices of the individual archive CD and is located on the participant's local PC or server. When the biller or customer receives the archive CD from the provider with the archived business transactions for a fiscal period, he or she creates an index for the data of the CD on his or her PC. The new index is included in the complete archive index, and the biller or customer can search the entire archive index by business transaction.
