    Archive ID is a unique identifier used to identify an archived document in the SAP system. It is generated by the ArchiveLink component of SAP and is used to store documents in an external archive system. The Archive ID is stored in the SAP database and can be used to retrieve the archived document from the external archive system. 
    
    How to use it: 
    The Archive ID can be used to access archived documents in the external archive system. To do this, the user must enter the Archive ID into the search field of the external archive system. The document associated with that Archive ID will then be retrieved from the external archive system. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When entering an Archive ID into the search field of an external archive system, make sure to enter it exactly as it appears in the SAP database. If there are any typos or incorrect characters, the document associated with that Archive ID will not be retrieved. 
    
    Related Information: 
    The ArchiveLink component of SAP is responsible for generating and managing Archive IDs. It also provides a way for users to store documents in an external archive system and retrieve them using their associated Archive IDs.
