  Screen variants are used in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) to customize the look and feel of a screen. They allow users to tailor the layout of a screen to their individual needs, such as changing the order of fields, hiding certain fields, or adding new fields. Screen variants can be used to create different versions of the same screen for different users or different tasks. 
  
  How to use it: 
  To create a screen variant, go to the SAP Easy Access menu and select “Screen Variants” under the “Tools” menu. Select the desired screen and click “Create”. You can then customize the layout of the screen by adding, deleting, or rearranging fields. When you are finished, click “Save” to save your changes. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  When creating a screen variant, it is important to remember that any changes you make will only be visible to you. If you want other users to be able to see your changes, you will need to assign the variant to them. You can do this by selecting “Assign Variant” from the “Tools” menu.
