  In SAP EPM-BPC Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), an owner is a user who has been assigned the responsibility of managing a particular BPC object. This includes creating, editing, and deleting objects, as well as assigning access rights to other users. Owners are typically assigned to objects such as models, reports, and data sources. 
  
  How to use it: 
  To assign an owner to an object in BPC, the user must first have the appropriate authorization. Once the authorization is granted, the user can assign an owner to an object by selecting the “Owner” tab in the object’s properties window. The user can then select a user from the list of available users and assign them as the owner of the object. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  It is important to note that owners are only able to manage objects that they have been assigned to. If a user attempts to manage an object that they are not an owner of, they will be denied access. Additionally, it is important to ensure that owners are assigned to all relevant objects in order to ensure proper management of those objects.
