  • Key Concepts:
A shared workset is a feature of the SAP Enterprise Portal (EP) that allows users to share content and applications with other users. It is part of the Portal Content and Collaboration (PCT) component of the EP. It allows users to create worksets, which are collections of content and applications, and then share them with other users.

    How to use it:
To use the shared workset feature, users must first create a workset. This can be done by selecting the “Create Workset” option from the EP menu. Once the workset is created, users can add content and applications to it. They can then share the workset with other users by selecting the “Share Workset” option from the EP menu.

    Tips & Tricks:
When creating a workset, it is important to make sure that all of the content and applications that are added to it are relevant to the purpose of the workset. This will ensure that all users who access the workset will be able to find what they need quickly and easily.

    Related Information:
For more information on how to use the shared workset feature, please refer to SAP’s official documentation on Portal Content and Collaboration (PCT).
