    A data source is a collection of data that is used as the basis for a report or analysis. It can be a database, an application, or a file. In SAP Knowledge Management and Collaboration (EP-KM), data sources are used to store and manage content such as documents, images, videos, and other digital assets. 
    
    How to use it: 
    Data sources can be used to store and manage content in EP-KM. To create a data source, go to the EP-KM Administration Console and select “Data Sources” from the left-hand menu. From there, you can create a new data source by entering the name of the data source and selecting the type of content you want to store in it. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When creating a data source, make sure to select the appropriate type of content for it. For example, if you are storing documents, make sure to select “Documents” as the type of content. This will ensure that the data source is optimized for storing and managing documents.
