  • Key Concepts:
A container in SAP Knowledge Management and Collaboration (EP-KM) is a virtual space that stores documents, images, and other content. It is used to organize and manage content in a structured way. It can be used to store documents related to a specific project or topic, or to store documents related to a specific user or group of users.

    How to use it:
To create a container, go to the EP-KM tab in the SAP system and select “Create Container”. Enter the name of the container and select the type of content you want to store in it. You can also set permissions for who can access the container and what type of access they have. Once the container is created, you can add content to it by uploading files or linking to external sources.

    Tips & Tricks:
When creating containers, it is important to think about how you will organize your content. Consider creating sub-containers within each container to further organize your content. This will make it easier to find specific documents or images when needed.
