• Description: A user who has been invited by another user the session host to participate in an online collaboration session. Depending on the type of session being conducted, a session guest may have less privileges than the session host. For example, a guest may not be able to invite additional users to participate in the current session.

• Key Concepts: 
  A session guest is a user who has been invited to join a collaboration session in SAP Knowledge Management (KM). This user does not have an SAP user account and is not logged into the system. They are granted access to the collaboration session by the host of the session. 
  
  How to use it: 
  To invite a session guest, the host of the collaboration session must enter their email address in the “Invite Session Guests” field. The guest will then receive an email with a link to join the session. Once they click on the link, they will be able to view and participate in the collaboration session. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  It is important to note that session guests do not have access to any other areas of SAP Knowledge Management outside of the collaboration session they are invited to. Additionally, they cannot create or edit content within the collaboration session.
