  Subscription is a feature in SAP EP-KM-CM KM Content Management that allows users to subscribe to content and receive notifications when the content is updated. Subscriptions can be set up for individual documents, folders, or entire libraries. 
  
  How to use it: 
  To set up a subscription, users must first navigate to the document, folder, or library they wish to subscribe to. Then, they must click the “Subscribe” button in the top right corner of the page. This will open a window where users can select the type of subscription they would like to set up (e.g. email notifications, RSS feed, etc.). Once the subscription is set up, users will receive notifications whenever the content is updated. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  It is important to note that subscriptions are only available for documents and folders that have been shared with other users. Additionally, users can manage their subscriptions by navigating to their profile page and clicking on the “Subscriptions” tab. Here, they can view all of their active subscriptions and modify or delete them as needed.
