  • Key Concepts: A workspace role is a type of role in SAP Enterprise Portal (EP) that is used to define the access rights of a user in a workspace. It is used to control which users can access and modify the content of a workspace, as well as which users can create and delete workspaces.
How to use it: To assign a workspace role to a user, the administrator must first create the role in the EP-ES Enterprise Workspaces application. Once the role has been created, it can be assigned to a user by selecting the role from the list of available roles in the user's profile.
