Smart SAP Assistant

  • Key Concepts:
Workspace quota is a feature of the SAP Enterprise Workspaces (EP-ES) component that allows administrators to set limits on the amount of disk space that each user can use. This helps to ensure that users do not exceed their allocated storage space and helps to keep the system running efficiently.

    How to use it:
To set a workspace quota, administrators must first log into the SAP system and navigate to the EP-ES component. From there, they can select the “Workspace Quota” option and enter the desired limit for each user. Once the quota has been set, users will be unable to exceed their allocated storage space.

    Tips & Tricks:
It is important to remember that workspace quotas are not permanent and can be changed at any time. Administrators should also keep an eye on their users’ usage of disk space and adjust the quotas accordingly if needed.

    Related Information:
For more information about workspace quotas, please refer to the SAP Enterprise Workspaces (EP-ES) documentation. Additionally, administrators can find more information about managing disk space in the SAP System Administration Guide.
