    A workbook is a file in SAP Information Steward that contains a collection of related tasks. It is used to organize and manage tasks related to data quality and metadata management. It can be used to create, edit, and delete tasks, as well as to assign tasks to users. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To create a workbook, open the SAP Information Steward application and select the “Create Workbook” option. Enter a name for the workbook and select the type of task you want to include in the workbook. You can then add tasks to the workbook by selecting the “Add Task” option. Once you have added all the tasks you want, you can assign them to users by selecting the “Assign Task” option.

    When creating a workbook, it is important to give it a descriptive name that will help you remember what it contains. It is also important to assign tasks to users who have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete them.
