  • Description: A compliance scenario activity, which does not produce the required output data for environmental reporting within the scheduled period of time. This can happen due to a technical error, or for another reason. This activity needs to be addressed by the responsible environmental manager, who has to resolve the issue and reschedule the calculation.

    Pending calculation is a feature of SAP EHS Management that allows users to calculate the impact of changes to their environmental, health, and safety (EHS) data before committing them. This feature allows users to preview the results of their changes and make adjustments as needed before committing them. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To use the pending calculation feature, users must first select the data they wish to modify. Once the data is selected, users can enter the desired changes and click the “Calculate” button. This will generate a preview of the results of the changes. If the results are satisfactory, users can then click “Commit” to save the changes. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When using pending calculation, it is important to remember that any changes made will not be saved until the “Commit” button is clicked. Additionally, it is important to double-check all changes before committing them as they cannot be undone once committed.
