  • Key Concepts: Transport documents are used in SAP EHS-ERP EHS Management in ERP to move data from one system to another. They are used to transfer data from the development system to the production system, or from one client to another. The transport document contains the data that needs to be moved, as well as the instructions for how it should be moved.
    How to use it: To use transport documents, you must first create a transport request. This is done by selecting the objects that need to be transported and then assigning them to a transport request. Once the transport request is created, it can be released and sent to the target system. The target system will then process the transport request and move the data accordingly.
    Tips & Tricks: When creating a transport request, make sure that all of the objects that need to be transported are included in the request. Also, make sure that all of the necessary instructions for how the data should be moved are included in the transport document.
