  • Description: Used as a placeholder value for an instruction which determines how the system can schedule an employee calculating or recalculating a schedule. Managers see these placeholder values when they first apply the default setting group for an employee to make the employee available for scheduling. When necessary, managers can edit the values based on the default work rules in order to enter work rule values more appropriate for the employee.
