  • Key Concepts: The SAP term “summary” refers to a feature of the CRM-PCC People-Centric CRM (CRM Portal Content) component. This feature allows users to quickly view a summary of all the information related to a particular customer or contact. This summary includes contact information, recent activities, and any other relevant data. How to Use It: To access the summary feature, users must first log into the CRM-PCC People-Centric CRM (CRM Portal Content) component. Once logged in, users can select the “Summary” tab from the main menu. This will open up a page that displays a summary of all the information related to the selected customer or contact.
    Tips & Tricks: When viewing the summary page, users can click on any of the items listed to open up more detailed information about that item. Additionally, users can use the search bar at the top of the page to quickly find specific items within the summary.
