Smart SAP Assistant

  • Key Concepts:
Return Category is a feature in SAP CRM Loyalty Marketing that allows customers to redeem rewards points for products or services. It is used to define the type of reward that can be redeemed, such as cash, gift cards, or merchandise. The Return Category also defines the amount of points required for redemption and the maximum number of points that can be redeemed.

    How to use it:
To use Return Category, first create a Return Category in the Loyalty Marketing application. Then assign the Return Category to a loyalty program. When customers redeem their points, they will be able to select from the available Return Categories.

    Tips & Tricks:
When creating a Return Category, make sure to set the maximum number of points that can be redeemed. This will help ensure that customers do not redeem too many points at once and deplete their rewards balance.
