Key Concepts: File attachment is a feature of the Investigative Case Management (ICM) component of SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM). It allows users to attach files to cases, such as documents, images, and audio recordings. This feature helps users keep track of all relevant information related to a case in one place. How to use it: To attach a file to a case in ICM, open the case and select the “Attachments” tab. Then click “Add Attachment” and select the file you want to attach. You can also add a description for the file if desired. Once you have added the file, click “Save” to save the attachment. Tips & Tricks: When attaching files to cases in ICM, make sure that the files are in an appropriate format. For example, if you are attaching an image, make sure it is in a supported image format such as JPEG or PNG. Additionally, make sure that the file size is not too large as this can cause issues when uploading or downloading attachments.
