What is holdback in SAP CRM-IM-IPM - Intellectual Property Management?

  • Description: Period in which a title is withheld from other media after its original release in a particular medium. A film can for instance be contractually withheld from video release for six months from its initial theatrical exhibition. This is known as a 'holdback' period.
