    Presence is a feature of the CRM-IC Interaction Center WebClient that allows users to view the availability of other users in real-time. It is a way to quickly identify who is available to help customers or colleagues. Presence also allows users to quickly see who is online and available for collaboration. 
    
    How to use it: 
    Presence can be used by clicking on the “Presence” icon in the CRM-IC Interaction Center WebClient. This will open a window that displays the availability of other users in real-time. Users can also send messages to other users who are online and available. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When using Presence, it is important to remember that it only shows the availability of other users in real-time. If a user is not online, their presence will not be displayed. Additionally, Presence can be used to quickly identify who is available for collaboration or customer support.
