Key Concepts: Tentative is a term used in the SAP Contact Center Infrastructure (CRM-CCI) to refer to an activity that has been scheduled but not yet confirmed. Tentative activities are not visible to customers and are not included in the customer's contact history. How to use it: Tentative activities can be used to plan out a customer's contact history without committing to it. This allows for flexibility in scheduling and allows for changes to be made without affecting the customer's contact history. Tentative activities can be converted into confirmed activities by clicking the “Confirm” button. Tips & Tricks: When creating tentative activities, it is important to include as much detail as possible so that when the activity is converted into a confirmed activity, all of the necessary information is already included. This will save time and ensure that the customer's contact history is accurate and up-to-date.
