The destination defines the connection parameters and authentication information needed to establish a connection.

    How to use it:
Destinations are configured in the SAP Contact Center Infrastructure (CRM-CCI) and can be used to connect the contact center with external systems. To configure a destination, you need to specify the connection parameters and authentication information for the external system. Once configured, destinations can be used to send and receive data from the external system.

    Tips & Tricks:
When configuring a destination, make sure that all of the connection parameters and authentication information are correct. If any of this information is incorrect, the destination will not be able to establish a connection with the external system.
