    Basic permissions are the fundamental rights that are granted to users in the SAP Hybris Citizen Engagement Accelerator (CEC-YIC-CEA). These permissions allow users to access and use the system, as well as perform certain actions within it. 
    
    How to use it: 
    Basic permissions are set up by an administrator and can be modified or revoked at any time. To view or modify basic permissions, an administrator must log into the system and navigate to the “Permissions” tab. From there, they can view a list of all users and their associated permissions. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    It is important to remember that basic permissions are the foundation of user access and should be set up carefully. It is also important to regularly review user permissions to ensure that they are up-to-date and appropriate for each user’s role.
