  • Key Concepts: 
    A pause period is a feature of SAP CEC-SAL-SB Subscription Management and Billing that allows customers to temporarily suspend their subscription for a certain period of time. During the pause period, customers will not be charged for the subscription and will not have access to the services associated with it. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To use the pause period feature, customers must first log into their SAP account and navigate to the Subscription Management and Billing page. From there, they can select the “Pause Period” option and enter the desired length of time for the pause period. Once the pause period is activated, customers will not be charged for their subscription during that time. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    It is important to note that customers can only pause their subscription for a maximum of three months at a time. Additionally, customers should be aware that any changes made to their subscription during the pause period will not take effect until after the pause period has ended.
