    Pause is a feature in SAP CEC-SAL-SB Subscription Management and Billing that allows customers to temporarily suspend their subscription. This feature allows customers to pause their subscription for a certain period of time, without having to cancel it completely. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To use the pause feature, customers must first log into their SAP account. Once logged in, they can navigate to the Subscription Management and Billing page and select the “Pause” option. Customers can then select the duration of the pause, which can range from one month to one year. Once the pause is selected, the customer’s subscription will be suspended until the end of the selected duration. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    It is important to note that pausing a subscription does not cancel it. Customers will still be charged for their subscription during the pause period, but at a reduced rate. Additionally, customers can resume their subscription at any time during the pause period without any additional fees or charges.
