  • Key Concepts:
Saved searches are a feature of the SAP WebClient UI (CA-WUI) that allow users to save their search criteria and results for future use. This feature allows users to quickly access their saved searches and view the results without having to re-enter the search criteria.

    How to Use It:
To use saved searches, users must first enter their search criteria in the WebClient UI. Once the search is complete, users can save the search by clicking on the “Save Search” button. This will open a dialog box where users can enter a name for their saved search and click “OK” to save it. To access saved searches, users can click on the “Saved Searches” button in the WebClient UI. This will open a list of all saved searches and allow users to select one to view its results.

    Tips & Tricks:
When creating a saved search, it is important to give it a descriptive name so that it is easy to identify later. Additionally, users should be aware that saved searches are only available in the same browser session in which they were created. If users close their browser window or log out of the WebClient UI, their saved searches will no longer be available.
