  A process instance is a single execution of a process definition in the SAP Integration and Transformation Framework (CA-GTF-FIT). It is the result of a process definition being triggered by an event or manually started. A process instance contains all the data associated with the execution of the process, including the input and output parameters, as well as any errors that may have occurred. 
  
  How to use it: 
  Process instances can be created manually or triggered by an event. To create a process instance manually, open the SAP Integration and Transformation Framework (CA-GTF-FIT) and select the “Create Process Instance” option. Enter the required parameters and click “Create” to start the process instance. To trigger a process instance by an event, configure an event trigger in the SAP Integration and Transformation Framework (CA-GTF-FIT). When the event occurs, the configured process definition will be triggered and a new process instance will be created. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  When creating a process instance manually, make sure to enter all required parameters correctly. If any of the parameters are incorrect, it may cause errors during execution.
