This includes all the data, charts, and visualizations that are currently displayed. Snapshots can be used to quickly access a dashboard with the same settings and data as before. How to use it: To create a snapshot, click on the “Snapshot” button in the top right corner of the dashboard. This will open a window where you can name your snapshot and add a description. Once you have saved your snapshot, it will appear in the “My Snapshots” section of the dashboard. To access a snapshot, simply click on its name in the “My Snapshots” section. Tips & Tricks: Snapshots are a great way to quickly access dashboards with specific settings and data. You can also share snapshots with other users by clicking on the “Share” button in the top right corner of the dashboard. This will open a window where you can enter the email addresses of other users who should have access to your snapshot.
