The document key consists of a combination of letters and numbers that are generated automatically when a document is uploaded into the system. How to use it: The document key can be used to search for documents in the DMS. To do this, enter the document key into the search field and click “Search”. The document will then be displayed in the search results. The document key can also be used to access documents directly from other applications, such as SAP Business Workplace or SAP ArchiveLink.
