  • Key Concepts: 
    A measure is a numerical value that is used to quantify the performance of a business process. It is used to track and analyze the performance of a business process over time. Measures are typically used in Business Intelligence (BI) and BusinessObjects Enterprise (BOE) applications. 
    
    How to use it: 
    Measures can be created in the Information Design Tool (IDT) of BI-BIP-BOE. In IDT, measures are created by selecting the “Create Measure” option from the menu. Once created, measures can be used in reports and dashboards to track and analyze the performance of a business process. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When creating measures, it is important to ensure that the measure is accurate and relevant to the business process being tracked. Additionally, it is important to ensure that the measure is easy to understand and interpret.
