  • Key Concepts:
History is a feature of the BC-WD-ABA Web Dynpro ABAP component that allows users to store and access past versions of their work. It allows users to view the changes they have made over time, as well as to restore previous versions of their work.

    How to use it:
To use the history feature, users must first enable it in the settings. Once enabled, users can access the history by clicking on the “History” button in the toolbar. This will open a window that displays all of the changes that have been made to the current document. Users can then select a version to view or restore.

    Tips & Tricks:
It is important to note that the history feature only stores changes made to documents, not entire documents. Therefore, it is important to save frequently in order to ensure that all changes are stored in the history. Additionally, users should be aware that restoring a previous version will overwrite any changes made since then.
