A copy of the German original can be transferred to the user’s application via the Knowledge Provider interfaces. The language relationship is created between the copy and the original. If the user has finished the translation, the translated version is passsed to the Knowledge Provider using the check-in function. Language versioning administrates the language relationship that has been created, and answers questions such as "Are there translations of the physical document 4711 exist in languages x, y, and z?"
