    Outbox is a component of the SAP Communication Services, which is a suite of tools that allow users to send and receive emails, faxes, SMS messages, and telephony calls. It is used to store outgoing messages that have been created but not yet sent. Outbox also stores messages that have been sent but not yet delivered. 
    
    How to use it: 
    Outbox can be accessed from the SAP Communication Services menu. From there, users can view all outgoing messages that have been created but not yet sent. They can also view messages that have been sent but not yet delivered. Users can then select the message they want to send and click the “Send” button to send it. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    It is important to regularly check the Outbox for any messages that have not been sent or delivered. This will ensure that all messages are sent in a timely manner and that no important messages are missed.
