What is pop in SAP BC-SEC - Security?

  • Description: In RBAM, the POP method removes the topmost element from the stack. This happens when the call - for which this element was put onto the stack PUSH – is finished.

    POP stands for Password-Only Protection. It is a security feature in SAP BC-SEC Security that allows users to protect their data with a password. This feature is used to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To use POP, users must first create a password for their data. This password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one number and one special character. Once the password is created, users can then enable POP on their data by selecting the “Enable Password-Only Protection” option in the BC-SEC Security settings. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    It is important to remember that POP is only effective if the user creates a strong password. It is also important to remember to change the password regularly to ensure that it remains secure.
