It is a combination of the Alt, Ctrl, and Shift keys with a letter or number key. For example, the shortcut key for the “Save” command in SAP is Alt+S. How to use it: To use a shortcut key in SAP, press and hold down the Alt, Ctrl, and/or Shift keys and then press the letter or number key associated with the command you want to execute. For example, to save a document in SAP, press and hold down the Alt key and then press the S key. Tips & Tricks: It is important to remember that shortcut keys are specific to each version of SAP. Therefore, it is important to check the documentation for your version of SAP to find out which shortcut keys are available. Additionally, some shortcut keys may be disabled by default and must be enabled in order to use them.
