  Long text objects are used in SAP to store large amounts of text. They are used to store descriptions, instructions, and other information that is too long to fit into a single field. Long text objects are stored in the database and can be accessed through the BC-DOC-TTL Translation Tools component. 
  
  How to use it: 
  Long text objects can be created and edited in the BC-DOC-TTL Translation Tools component. To create a new long text object, select the “Create” option from the menu. Enter the text you want to store in the long text object and click “Save”. To edit an existing long text object, select the “Edit” option from the menu and make your changes. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  When creating or editing a long text object, make sure to save your changes before exiting the component. This will ensure that your changes are saved and can be accessed later.
