  • Key Concepts:
Quote Inclusion Status is a feature in SAP SRM RFQ Processing that allows users to determine the status of a quote. This status can be either included or excluded from the final evaluation. The status of a quote is determined by the user and can be changed at any time.

    How to use it:
To use the Quote Inclusion Status feature, users must first create a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in SAP SRM. Once the RFQ has been created, users can then select the Quote Inclusion Status option from the menu. From there, users can select either “Included” or “Excluded” for each quote they receive.

    Tips & Tricks:
When using the Quote Inclusion Status feature, it is important to remember that quotes with an “Excluded” status will not be considered in the final evaluation. Therefore, it is important to carefully consider which quotes should be included and which should be excluded.
