  • Key Concepts:
In revision is a status in SAP SRM RFQ Processing that indicates that the RFQ is being edited by the buyer. This status is used to indicate that the RFQ is not yet ready to be sent out to suppliers.

    How to use it:
When creating an RFQ, the buyer can set the status to “in revision”. This will prevent the RFQ from being sent out to suppliers until the buyer has finished editing it. The buyer can then change the status to “open” when they are ready to send out the RFQ.

    Tips & Tricks:
It is important to remember to change the status of an RFQ from “in revision” to “open” when you are finished editing it. Otherwise, suppliers will not be able to view and respond to the RFQ.
